HAI Seeks Members for new Small Business Initiatives Industry Advisory Council

Helicopter Association International is seeking members to form its Small Business Initiatives Industry Advisory Council.  As part of an overarching strategic effort to provide enhanced benefits and services to its small to medium size members, HAI is chartering this advisory council to provide insights and recommendations to inform future HAI member service programs. This advisory council will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of HAI’s strategic direction to support business programs advantageous to HAI members.

On a daily basis, HAI’s small-medium size members face unique business challenges within our industry. As such, the focus of this advisory council will be to identify significant issues and provide recommendations that will help HAI build programs to support and sustain small-medium size business members.

This council will be comprised of up to 20 members representing small-medium size businesses, and will include a diverse mix of HAI members representing a variety of activities.

The ideal characteristics for members serving on this advisory council will be HAI members who demonstrate a strong commitment to the industry and are knowledgeable about small business issues and challenges. Council members must also possess an ability and willingness to devote the necessary time and effort to attend meetings and contribute to the work of the council.

The advisory council will meet on an as-needed basis, but with an initial objective of meeting monthly through the end of 2023. The first meeting is tentatively scheduled to take place in July 2023.

If you are interested in being selected for the HAI Small Business Initiatives Industry Advisory Council, please submit your letter of interest and resume online no later than May 19th, 2023.
