About: At this meeting, members of HAI’s Training Working Group will discuss training challenges facing the industry. In light of recent mishaps involving VFR flights into IMC (instrument meteorological conditions), the working group will explore ways to help reduce this trend. Other topics will include alleviating the industry workforce shortage and finding ways to make training more efficient. This meeting is open to all HAI HELI-EXPO 2023 attendees. Stakeholders in aviation training, particularly in maintenance, are encouraged to attend and should also consider joining the working group.
