Paid Time Off

Annual Leave. Employees begin accruing paid time off on the first day of employment. Year 1 = 13 days.

Sick Leave. Sick leave accrues at 4 hours / pay period and begins the first day of employment.

Holidays. HAI observes 12 paid holidays per year.

Maternity & Parental Leave. HAI grants leave for adoption or birth of a child.


Medical/Rx/Dental/Vision. HAI offers medical, prescription, dental, and vision insurance coverage for full-time employees, their spouse, and their dependents. Employees are eligible 30 days from hire date. HAI pays 100% of employees’ monthly medical premium.

Short-/Long-Term Disability & Supplemental Insurance. HAI offers short- and long-term disability plans for full-time employees unable to work because of a nonoccupational injury or illness. Both plans are 100% employer paid. HAI also offers employees access to self-paid supplemental insurance programs.

Life/AD&D. HAI offers all employees life and accidental death and dismemberment insurance. Both benefits are 100% employer paid.

Personal Growth

401(k) plan with Employer Match. HAI offers a 401(k) retirement savings plan. Employees may participate in the plan after completing 3 months of service.

Tuition reimbursement. Employees may request tuition reimbursement after completing 90 days of service. Funding is based on HAI’s fiscal year (July 1 – June 30) and available for approved continuing education. Reimbursement will be issued after HAI receives proof of the employee’s satisfactory completion of the course or training.

LinkedIn Learning. Employees may access professional development other training courses through a company-paid subscription to LI Learning via their individual LinkedIn profile.
